Admin dialogs: rework Manage users and User history, readable buttons (#160)
Manage users is split into Visibility, Add a user and Users. New users
default to operator, and the picked role's permissions are spelled out
under the picker (and on each user's role badge). The list is one grid,
so roles and buttons line up, with the app's usual row buttons. Each
token shows when it was made and last used instead of its id. Your own
row has no Delete, and a new token shows in its user's row.
User history is drawn like Recent crafts: grouped by day, with the
item's icon, amount, a result badge and the failure reason, and filters
for requests, cancels and failures. Cancels now record what the CPU was
making (a migration adds the columns), and the API says whether a
cancel worked. Requests a user's stock targets made are left out unless
asked for (Stock refills): they used to count toward the 100 events, so
a busy target could push out everything the user did themselves.
Backups gets a proper file button and Game data a Version heading.
Primary and destructive buttons and the stale banner had white text at
2.2:1 and 2.8:1; they use darker fills (--accent-fill, --danger-fill)
at about 4.8:1 in both themes.
