Remove the extra line output after git2cpp checkout -b so that it is

$ git2cpp checkout -b temp
Switched to a new branch 'temp'

rather than

$ git2cpp checkout -b temp
Switched to a new branch 'temp'
Switched to branch 'temp'

It is a one-line fix to return immediately from the checkout subcommand.

Fixes #202.
