Resolve
meta-imagesentries before passing image names to metadata generation, exporters, signing, and manifest creation. Inputs such asname=org/app,enable=falsenow exclude that image consistently, instead of reaching BuildKit as an invalid image reference. Bare names remain supported and normalized to lowercase. Image output still fails when no enabled images remain.
