crun: remove outdated user patches - #4366

What changed in this PR
Removes obsolete crun user patches from the Flatcar overlay to restore the Podman build after Gentoo stabilised crun 1.30, which includes the upstream fixes.
Changes:
- Deletes two security patches covering
/dev/nullvalidation and/dev/consolesymlink handling. - Removes the README describing those temporary patches.
