List plan9 among the compile targets - #35

rbgo now compiles and vets for every GOOS/GOARCH pair Go supports (47), plan9 included; the landing card and the status blurb said "except plan9, 44 targets". Plan 9 is vetted, not run. Refs go-embedded-ruby/ruby#832 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The landing card and status blurb now say rbgo compiles for every GOOS/GOARCH Go supports (47 targets), plan9 included since v0.8.5 (vetted, not run). Merge after v0.8.5 is tagged.
