Removes NLnet-specific wording from the Generative AI policy and the community guide. The grant section now says we follow each funder's AI rules, with the same three defaults (no AI-generated deliverables under a grant, read-only AI for review and security flags, AI costs not charged to grants). The grant-funded label line is unchanged. No other NLnet mentions exist in the repo (sidebar, links, changelog checked).
