8ab1b47375a08908fb391e33aa5b92d90808531a9aec500de56ff54f46142f98. Retain every existing version; update the tools and binding consumers together.The source family adopts public Linux 0.24.2 unit observation and fixes okprof environment/value/status forwarding while retaining the 0.4.4 Windows mapped-tail fix. All five upstream final-head image/native host CI jobs passed before release. Hosted prebuilt tools, matching platform-group publication and final engine/joint-UX qualification remain separate.
Validation: released mcpp 2026.11.3.1 runs both new consumers (one test each), including actual image calls and callbacks returning 42. Four resolver parses, Lua syntax, mirror/name/namespace/duplicate/platform-parity checks, rendered documentation review and diff checks pass. Source selection uses the checkout index for this PR; ordinary public-index adoption follows index publication.
