Register openkal-musl 0.27.7 on all three source platforms with identical verified GitHub/GitCode archives. The upstream release selects public Linux 0.24.2 and image loader 0.4.5 while retaining the C library implementation, ABI and features. Preserve all historical entries and update the existing direct consumer.
Validation: all ten upstream producer jobs pass at the reviewed source; local gtc immediately mirrors the published source and actual GET downloads match SHA256 a32c6947d2c894d1595a8970296697921fd00c05ceed19c7561a81172efa02b8. Released mcpp 2026.11.3.1 runs openkal-musl-tests successfully (one test) with locks selecting musl 0.27.7 and Linux 0.24.2. Lua syntax, mirror/schema/namespace/duplicate/platform checks, xpkg parse, rendered documentation review and diff checks pass. Index CI and public publication remain required.
Tracks mcpp-community/mcpp#885. Matching runtime/platform packages and final engine/joint UX qualification follow independently.
