The first nightly run, dispatched by hand after #111 (run), failed in Differential vectors (JS): at 15,000 cases, sweep ivm fuzz took 14 s, past vitest's 10 s default test timeout, so the Swift differential job was skipped. The other three nightly jobs passed: chaos fuzz, ZeroVirtual fuzz, and the remaining corpora.

The nightly vitest run now has a 10-minute test timeout, still bounded by the job's 30-minute limit. Checked locally: the sweep at 15,000 cases on that run's seed (1000001) passes with it. PR checks don't run the nightly; I'll dispatch it again after merge.

Test-only; no changeset.

At 15,000 cases the sweep corpus took 14 s on the runner, past vitest's
10 s default, and failed the first nightly run before the Swift side ran.
